about madeline- Anxiety and perinatal therapist for women
Hi there, I’m madeline!
I’m a licensed therapist and certified perinatal mental health specialist. I specialize in working with women who are navigating pregnancy and postpartum challenges, fertility struggles, and the weight of anxiety and stress—including those who feel pressure to always have it all together.
My approach is warm, interactive, and down-to-earth. Rooted in trauma-informed and relational therapy, our work together is collaborative, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence
I help women move from feeling overwhelmed and stuck to feeling more grounded, confident, and at ease. Our work together will help you recognize and shift patterns that no longer serve you, connect more deeply with your emotions and your body, develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with more clarity and self-trust, and cultivate a greater awareness of your values and strengths.
Outside of my work, I love staying active, curling up with a good book, and spending quality time with my husband and our 7-year-old rescue dog. You’ll find me exploring new restaurants in the Twin Cities or catching up with family and friends.
